Apple & Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
2 cups apple, cut into bite size chunks2 cups broccoli spears, cut into bite size pieces1 small sweet red onion, diced2 Tbsp mayo with olive oil spreadsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut apples and broccoli and add diced onion. Toss with mayo and season. Refrigerate one hour before serving. Makes about four 1 cup servings.

    I left out the onions also and tossed in some raisin. I also subbed plain yogurt for the mayo and tossed in some additional spices. This is worth eating again. - 7/6/19

    Wonderful! I left out the onion, salt, and pepper, but otherwise followed the recipe. I know--just broccoli, apple, and mayo. I used one granny smith and one pacific rose. It was fantastic! - 6/1/13
