Corn and Oysters

Ingredients
4 cups sweet corn, if canned, drain before addingEgg substitute equal to two eggs1 12 oz. can evap milk, nonfat1 cup crushed saltines1 jar oysters (about 6 medium)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix corn, eggs, milk and crackers together and pour into baking dish. Add the oysters and stir gently. If mixture seems too thick add a little more nonfat milk. Bake at 375 degrees fro approx. 40 min until set.
