Eggs & Spinach

Ingredients
1 can of spinach4 eggs
Directions
Take one can of spinach, drain and put in a skillet. Let simmer until all remaining juices have cooked out.
Take 4 eggs and mix well in a cup. Pour over spinach and scramble.
Divide this into 3 servings. This is a good way to get protein and some veggies. I use this for a quick breakfast or as a side dish for supper.
