Chicken Chop Suey

Ingredients
3 cups celery, sliced12 oz chicken breast, diced1 cup canned mushrooms, drained1 cup water chestnuts2 cups bean sprouts1 pkg Sunbird chop suey seasoning mix1/2 cup water1 T fish sauce1 T soy sauce1 tsp salt3 green onions, sliced
Directions
Saute celery with salt until it begins to soften in a large skillet. Add chicken and cook through until no longer pink. Add mushrooms, water chestnuts, and bean sprouts until heated through. In a separate container, mix chop suey seasoning, water, soy sauce, and fish sauce until well blended. Pour over chicken and vegetables in skillet and add onions. Cook another 5 minutes until sauce begins to thicken. Serve over rice or chow mein noodles. Makes five 1-cup servings.
