Acorn Squash Baked & Seasoned - Stuffed w/Stuffing - Vegetarian Vegetable Chicken

Ingredients
1 acorn squash small - cut in half & seeded1 Tbls. honey1 Tbls. Olivio1 tsp Brown Sugar1 tsp Cinnamon or lessBlack pepper to taste
Directions
Prepare the Stuffing - Vegetarian Vegetable Chicken per recipe. Cut acorn squash in half & seed it. Put 1/2 of the olivio, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon & black pepper in each half of the acorn squash. Stuff it with 1 cup in to each half of the stuffing mixture...mound it up & wrap in foil. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about an hour on a baking sheet.
