Ingredients
* Orzo Pasta, 0.5 cup uncooked * Whole Grain Quinoa, 0.5 cup uncooked * Couscous, 0.5 cup uncooked * Barley, pearled, .5 cup uncooked * Wild Rice, .5 cup uncooked * English cucumber - 1 whole * Onions, raw, 1 large * Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 4 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" * Beans, black, 1.5 cup * Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) * Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1 cup * Sliced Almonds, dry roasted 50% less salt, 0.5 cup * Garlic expression salad dressing, 16 tbsp
Directions
Cook rice, orzo, and grains as directed on package.

Chop vegetables

Combine cooked all grains, chopped vegetables, cranberries, almonds and dressing in a large bowl, season to taste.
