Coconut Cranberry Bars

Ingredients
1/2 C Amaranth grain cooked1/2 C sweetened coconut flakes1/2 C dried sweetened cranberries1/4 C ground flax seeds2-3 tbs agave nectar
Directions
cook amaranth ahead of time using 2:1 ratio.
when done let cool and then add in the remaining ingredients. Spread out on greased cookie sheet and bake at 250 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until dry

let cool for 10 minutes and cut into bar shapes and lift off sheet and let cool.
store in refridgerator. makes 12
