2 4oz Tilapia Fillet1/8 Cup of Parmesan Cheese, Grated1/8 Cup Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs1/4 tsp Garlic Powder1/4 tsp Onion Salt1/2 tsp Old Bay SeasoningLight Olive Oil
Mix all of the dry ingredients together including the parmesan cheese and place to the side. Take each fillet and lightly spray (coat) with olive oil. Roll each fillet in the dry ingredients to coat. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 8-10 minutes. There is no need to turn the fillets while cooking.
