Vegetarian Risotto with Asparagus

Ingredients
1 cup Arborio rice (uncooked, about 2 cups cooked)12 Spears Asparagus2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese2 cups Vegetable Stock2 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Cut asparagus into 1 inch pieces, sautee in olive oil
Blend asparagus in blender
Put rice in pot with olive oil, toast for a few moments
Add small amounts of vegetable stock, wait for each to absorb before adding next dose
Add asparagus to make the risotto turn green
Add cheese to taste
