Olive Oil and Raspberry Vinaigrette

1/2 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/2 Cup of Raspberry Vinegar ( 8 Tbsp)1/4 Cup of Granulated Sugar1/2 tsp. salt1/2 - 1 tbsp. of dry mustard2 tsp. of poppy seeds
Combine first 5 ingredients in a blender and blend on high until completely emulsified. Add poppyseeds. Shake very well before using. Can be stored for at least 1 week at room temperature.
