Vegetarian taco soup

Ingredients
1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil1/2 cup Yves Ground Round1/2 cup chopped red peppers1/4 cup diced onion1/4 cup diced mushrooms1/5 cup frozen kernel corn2 cups vegetable broth1/2 cup Salsa1/3 Lentils1/3 cup Kidney beans1/4 green chili peppers3 tsp taco seasoning
Directions
Heat oil in skillet, sautee onions , peppers and yves ground round for about 3 minutes then add mushrooms cook another 2-3 minutes. Put ground round mixture in slow cooker with the rest of the ingredients set on low cook for 6-8 hours.
