low-fat cornbread

Ingredients
1 cup whole grain cornmeal1 cup whole wheat pastry flour1.5 cups low-fat buttermilk1 tsp baking powder.75 tsp salt.5 tsp baking soda1/4 cup sugar (can easily reduce to 2 Tbsp)
Directions
combine dry ingredients. Add in buttermilk and mix until wet. Coat a non-stick loaf pan with cooking spray and bake in a preheated over at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
