Easy Italian Wedding Soup

Ingredients
1 pound extra lean ground turkey6 cups reduced sodium chicken broth1 tsp basil1/4 tsp oregano1/8 tsp cayenne3 cups fresh spinach (or frozen equivalent)1 1/2 cups (small can) diced tomatoes, no salt added1/2 cup orzo pasta, uncooked
Directions
Brown meat in a large pan. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Makes 8 servings. Approximately 1 1/4 cups each.
