Ingredients
Directions
2 # ground chicken5 C water2 medium onions15 oz can red kidney beans, rinsed15 oz diced tomatoes, no salt added2 C yellow corn, frozen1 package McCormick Original Chili Mix
In a large pot cook the ground chicken. Stir frequently until it is no longer pink. ( I do not use any oil when I make this as ground chicken is fairly moist. And any bits that do stick will come up when you add the water.)
Next, roughly chop the onions and add them to the pot. Rinse the kidney beans well to get rid of the extra unnecessary sodium. Add them to the pot as well as all of the other ingredients. Bring it up to a boil, then turn it down to simmer for at least 10 minutes.
