Chinese cucumber salad

Ingredients
Cucumber (with peel), 3 cup slices Garlic, 2 cloves Salt, 1 tsp Sesame Oil, 1 tsp *Hot Chili Peppers, 2 pepper (optional)
Directions
1. Wash cucumber thoroughly.
2. Cut into thick strips (around 1"x0.25"). Set aside.
3. Cut hot chili peppers (optional) according to desired size.
4. Toss cucumber, garlic and hot chili peppers in a salad bowl.
5. Dash in salt and sesame oil according to taste.
6. Chill overnight.
7. Good for 4 servings.

    If you don't have sesame oil, try a different Chinese Cucumber Salad. There is one that uses rice vinegar. - 8/28/20
