Ingredients
red lentils, carrots, celery, onion, peppers, spices, garlic, olive oil
Directions
saute chopped vegies in olive oil. add lentils. add 4 cups broth. bring to boil then lower to a simmer. add more broth as needed to achieve desired thickness. add hot chilies or hot chili paste to increase heat. serve over brown rice.
