Garlicky Broccoli Rabe with Chickpeas

1 bunch of broccoli rabe, ends trimmed1 cup of chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed4 cloves of garlic, sliced1 Tbsp Olive oil1 cup of low sodium chicken cooking stock2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheeseCrushed red pepper, to taste
In large saute pan, heat oil. Saute garlic slices until golden.
Toss trimmed broccoli rabe in oil until lightly coated. Add in chickpeas and chicken stock, along with a few shakes of red pepper flakes. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10-12 minutes, until greens are wilted and stock reduces.
Turn off burner, and stir in parmesan cheese. Add additional shakes of red pepper if you want more of a spicy kick!
