Whole wheat sandwich bread

Ingredients
*Whole Wheat Flour, 1.7 cup (remove)*Flour, white, 1.7 cup (remove)Salt, 2 tsp (remove)Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 1.3 cup (remove)Yeast, bakers,1 1/2 tspApplesauce, unsweetened, .02 cup (remove)
Directions
makes 1 loaf or 10 rolls

mix dry ingredients in food processor and then add honey and applesauce with machine running along with most of the milk. Process for 10secs Add more milk if dough is too dry, or flour if too wet and process for 5 to 10 sec more. Kneed for a minute or so by hand. Place in a pam sprayed bowl and cover with pam sprayed plastic wrap and let rise for at least 2 hours. Deflate the dough and shape into ball, rest for 15mns covered. shape and place on cookie sheet or in loaf pan. Cover again and rest 1 hour. Preheat oven at 350 brush the loaf lightly with water and place in oven. Bake 45 minutes, cool on wire rack.
