Turkey Saugage and Whole Grain Pasta Putanesca

Barilla Whole Grain Speghetti, 2 oz (remove)*DiGiorno Shredded Parmesan Cheese, 0.25 cup (remove)*Butterball Turkey Polska Kielbasa, 2 oz (remove)*Extra Light Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, strips (remove)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.33 cup (remove)Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 0.33 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)Carrots, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)*zuccini,sliced, 4 serving (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)red pepper flakes*Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies, 2 cup (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)Italian seasoning (1-2 tsp)
Saute garlic & red pepper flakes in 1.5 tbsp olive oil. Add sliced turkey sausages (2 sausages) and stir fry for 3-5 mins. Add veges and sautee for 3-5 mins. Add fresh and canned tomatoes & seasoning. Simmer over low heat for 15 mins.
Meanwhile, cook pasta as per package instructions (without oil or salt). Save 1/2 cup of cooking liquid. Drain pasta, add 1.5 tbsp of olive oil and shredded parmesan cheese and black pepper (optional) and mix well. Then add the sausage and veg sauce to the pasta, mix well and cook on low heat for about 5-7 mins more to allow liquid and sause to be absorbed well into the pasta.
