Sabrina's Creamy Cayenne Pasta & Chicken

Ingredients
Wheat pasta noodles (your choice) 4 cans of Cream of chicken soup 98% fat free2 onions (cut into large slices)4 chicken breast halves (cut into slices)1 TBSP Cayenne pepper (or as much as you can stand)1 TBSP Black Pepper (add to taste)1 tsp Garlic Salt 1 tsp Parsley1 tsp Salt (add to taste)1 Tbsp Olive oil2 tsp. Garlic
Directions
Heat frying pan
Pour olive oil
Add chicken and 2 tsp. Garlic, Cook chicken until done.
Add onions sauté

(While cooking chicken) Boil Wheat pasta noodles- drain when done.

Once chicken is done add cans of Cream of chicken soup
Add seasonings (Cayenne pepper, Black Pepper, Garlic Salt, Parsley, & Salt.)

*Caution Cayenne pepper can be used sparingly if you have kiddos. Or I pull a portion aside so I can make it as spicy as I want.

Add all ingredients together in a casserole dish and serve!
