Rumbamel's Brownie Bites

-5 1/3 T Smart Balance Omega Light Butter-1/2 C granulated sugar-1/3 C light corn syrup-1 large egg-3 oz Nestle semi sweet chocolate chips melted-1 t vanilla extract-1 1/3 C whole wheat flour or 3.75 oz-1 1/3 C white flour or 3.75 oz-1/2 t baking powder-dash or two of satt-1/2 c or 65g chopped walnuts like Diamond
--In a large bowl cream the melted butter (melt in the microwave in 10 second increments) and sugar until light and fluffy.
--Add the corn syrup and egg and cream again after each.
--Mix in the chocolate and vanilla until well blended.
--In another medium bowl combine your flours, baking powder and salt until well blended. Then add to the creamed mix and blend until moistened.
--Add the walnuts and stir until evenly mixed. Spoon using a #50 scoop (about a tablespoon size) onto cookie sheets lined with parchment paper or liners or lightly sprayed and cook for 10-12 minutes until the sides are firm (check bottoms so they don't burn).
--Makes about 31
