Katie's Beef and Black Bean Chili

Ingredients
2 lbs extra lean ground beef2 14oz cans of black beans (rinsed)1 28oz can of diced tomatoes1 medium sweet onion diced1 small can of tomato paste1 cup frozen corn nibbletschili powder to tasteonion powder to taste1 cup beef brothTabasco to taste3 cloves of garlic, sliced
Directions
brown meat, add onions until soft. Toss in garlic stir. Add in tomatoes, beef stock, tomato paste and chili powder, onion powder, tabasco and simmer on low for about 20 mins. Then stir in beans and corn and let simmer for 10 mins.

Serve.
