Banana Apple Pancakes (1-3 serv)

Ingredients
1/2 c. Aunt Jemima Pancake Mix1/4 c (plus 3 Tlbsp.) of Water1/2 Banana1 apple sliced thin1/8 tsp. Cinnamon1 tsp of Earth Balance Butter
Directions
On med/low heat , in skillet, heat the one tsp of Earth Balance Butter and spread around pan. Combine all ingredients and place in Magic Bullet (or food processor) until smooth like a milk shake. Make small pancakes (about 4) and cook until bubbles form on top. Flip and check for doneness (about 5 minutes or less). Soak up the remaining butter in the pancakes and drizzle with all natural maple syrup. Add a dollop of whipped cream (if you prefer). These pancakes are scrumptious!
