- Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients
Directions
Ingredients:*fresh farm raised samon, 4 serving broiled on grill and debonedCheese, 2 package, small (4 oz) Chicken Broth, 1 can (10.75 oz) *Horseradish, 2 tbsp *Lemon Juice, 2 wedge yieldsSoy Milk, 1 cup Salt, 5 dash Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 0.25 tsp Ketchup, Heinz, 2 tbspOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Chopped fine
Put the chicken broth, soy milk and heat on med.
Add the cream cheese and stir, you can add cream cheese earlier because you want it to melt slowly so it doesn't separate on you. Add some finely chopped onion, and your samon. Your seasonings, put your horseradish and lemon in at the end. When the pot is steaming and let it stay steaming for about 10 mins. You can service. You dont really want it to come to a boil, and anything heated should be hot enough to steam for about 10 mins. for safety. I like to blend mine in the blender to make it ever so smooth, you can do this before every thing gets very hot and then put back in pot.
