High Fibre Bran Muffins

1 cup wheat bran1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour1/2 cup blueberries1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda3/4 cup milk1/2 cup honey2 tbsp oil1 egg, beaten
Preaheat oven to 400 F
Stir together the bran, flour, soda and baking powder. Stir in blueberries and set aside. Blend milk, molasses, oil and egg. Add to dry ingredients and mix just until moistened. spoon into 12 greased muffin tins. Bake for 15 minutes or until muffins pull away from sides of cups.
Makes 12 muffins.
