Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

1 cup Banana, mashed1-1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup + 2 TB Whole Wheat Flour2 TB Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1 cup Granulated Sugar3.5 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Salt¼ cup Egg substitute¾ cup Soy Milk, plain low fat6 oz (1/2 bag) Chocolate Chips
Prepare baking pans with non-stick spray; either 2 8" x 4" or 1 9" x 5" or 3 5" x 3". I use the 3 x 5" pans and get 8 slices from each loaf thus 24 servings.
Blend together dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Blend banana, milk and egg substitute together and stir into dry ingredients until just mixed.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Spray pan(s) with non-stick spray. Bake at 350 degrees 55-65 minutes for the large pans and 30-40 minutes for the 3 x 5" pans.
