Crockpot Chicken & Potato Soup

Ingredients
6 cups potatoes, diced5 cups water2 cups onion, diced2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless1 1/2 cups celery, chopped1 1/2 cups carrots, chopped2 Tbsp butter4 tsp chicken bouillion2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1 can evaporated milk (12-13 oz)4 Tbsp parsley, dried
Directions
Combine potatoes, onion, water, carrots, celery, butter, chicken and bouillion and put in crockpot. Cook for 7 hours on high. After the 7 hours is up add the salt, pepper, evaporated milk and parsley, cook another 20 minutes. Makes 10-2 cup servings
