3 bean chili

Ingredients
1 c dry pinto beans1 c dry black beans1 c dry red beans1 can tomato sauce1 can diced tomatoesgarlic as desired
Directions
pre-cook or soak beans over night. To pre cook sort beans, add to pot and boil for 10 minutes allow to stand for 20 minutes.

cook ground beef, drain

add sauce and tomatoes to beef.

drain beans and add to beef in a large stock pan.

add water

cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

season as desired.
