low fat bean dip

Ingredients
1 cup- pinto beans4 tbsp- fat free sour cream 5 tbsp- pace salsa fresh tomato1 0z- low fat cheddar cheese
Directions
clean and wash beans with warm water, place in pressure cooker and cook for 1 hour. cut up tomatoes and grate cheese. Remove beans and drain juice from them. add cheese, sour cream, salsa,and smash with a potatoe masher or blend in a blender. top with tomatoes. and serve with baked corn chips.
optional=add jalapenos or guacamole on top
