Slow Cooker Pork Chops & Peaches

Ingredients
2 pork chops1 can peaches (sliced in juice not syrup)4 t (or 1-2 T) brown sugar1 t cinnamon
Directions
Place chops in the slow cooker.
Mix can of peaches (use juice) with brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour over chops. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Serve with rice (wild is best) and a veggie.

Makes 2 (1 chop) servings.

    Tried this recipe on my fairly new crock pot. Read thru comments first and decided to season pork chops first. So glad I did! Other than a tad bit too much cinnamon, these chops were good! Cooked them on high for 3 hours. Was scared they would dry out if cooked longer. Were extremely tender! - 8/14/13

    I made this tonight and it turned out wonderful. I doubled everything. I used a five pepper blend on the pork chops as well as a little sea salt. I was going to brown them, but they were frozen so I just tossed them in. 6 hours on high, and they were tender as can be. Will definitely make again. - 6/20/14

    Loved this! I skipped the brown sugar and thought it was great. Used center cut boneless pork chops (seasoned with salt and pepper) and two cans water-packed peaches. Cooked on low 4 hours, and they were tender and juicy. Enjoyed the peach flavor! I served it with brown rice and sauteed squash/mushr - 10/21/20

    Not bad. I liked that it was simple and easy to put together. It didn't have a very appealing look to it (probably didn't help that it actually was in the crock pot for 12 hours) But a good flavor. My grandfather didn't complain (which he usually does), and my husband liked it. - 9/23/13

    This was just okay to me. It did not look appealing and the pork chops were bland and little dry. I did, however, like the peaches and broth over my brown rice. I may make this again, and if so, I will marinate my chops with something to add some flavor. - 11/14/11

    I used the peach juice to flavor the brown rice I ate with the pork chop. The pork chop tasted ok, but a little on the bland side. I took off a star because it didn't look very appetizing. It might look better if I had browned the chops before putting it into the crock pot. - 9/11/11

    I made this yesterday and it was delicious! The pork was so tender and moist! I cooked it about 6 hrs and it was great! I skipped the brown sugar and cinnamon though. - 8/19/10

    I also found it cooked in under 4 hours and was dry, but I used pork loin center chops which are leaner. Maybe a less lean cut would be better. The peaches as an accompaniment were delicious. - 8/4/10
