Left over Turkey meat & Noodle Soup

Ingredients
16oz. Left over Turkey meat, 12oz. egg noodles, 2 c. chopped carrots, 1c. chopped celery, 1/4 c. reduced fat sour cream, low fat chicken broth, garlic powder, water, salt and pepper
Directions
In large pot put chicken broth, water, garlic, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, add egg noodles and cook approx. half of the recommended cooking time. While noodles are cooking chop 2 cups of carrots, 1 cup of celery and 1 lb. of left over turkey meat into bit size pieces. Add carrots to noodles let cooking on medium heat approx. 5 mins or until about half done then add celery and turkey. continue cooking on medium heat until all ingrediants on tender. remove from heat let sit to cool slightly then stir in sour cream. Makes approx 8 servings a delicious meal served with brown n serve rolls.

    I'm not sure I'd like the sour cream. maybe I'll put in 2% milk or dry milk. Other than that it sounds great. - 12/6/09
