Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups All purpose flour1 tsp Baking powder1 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp ginger1/2 cup raisins1 egg1/4 granualated sugar1/3 cup veg oil1 cup cooked pumpkin
Directions
Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir thoroughly. Make a well in the center.
In a separate bowl beat egg until frothy. Mix in sugar and oil and pumpkin. Pour into well. Stir only to moisten. Batter will be lumpy. Fill greased muffin tins3/4 's full. Bake in 400 F oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes than remove from pan. Serve Warm Makes 12
