1 poblano pepper, roasted, peeled and seeded, with a slit in the side4 T cream cheese1 oz Monterey Jack shredded cheeseVidalia Onion Batter Mix
Directions
Mix cream cheese and Monterrey Jack. Fill chile pepper with mixture. Batter according to directions on box of batter mix. Deep fry 2-3 minutes.
