Oat Bran Pancakes

1 Cup Wheat Bran2 Eggs4 Packets Sugar Free Instant Oatmeal (flavored or plain)1/2 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. baking powder2 Containers Lite Nonfat Yogurt1/2 cup All Purpose Flour1 cup milk
1) Blend oats to powder.
2) In medium bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
3) Stir in remaining ingredients.
4) Spray fry pan with nonstick spray, put approx 1/4 cup batter per cake, and cook on lower heat than standard pancakes (or else will burn).
Makes a dozen 4 inch pancakes
