red kidney beans curry

Ingredients
Beans, red kidney, 2 cup Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped Pureed Tomatoes, 2 cup Sunflower Oil (oleic), 2 tbsp Garlic, 0.5 tsp Ginger, ground, 0.5 tsp *Cumin seed, 1 tsp garam masala powder 1 tbspsaltred chilli powder.water.
Directions
grind the onions into a paste. take 2 tsps of oil in a deep pan and fry the onions, and the ginger paste and the garlic paste till the onions are well done .. add tomato paste to the mixture and let it cook till the tomato paste is well done.. add chiili powder,garam masala powder salt and add the kidney beans and add some water and cook till the kidney beans are soft and can be mashed with a spoon .. serve with rice or roti bread.
