Drop Sand Tarts

Ingredients
2 sticks unsalted butter6 large eggs2 cups granulated sugar3.5 cups flourAn extra half cup of flourSprinklesEgg wash
Directions
Mix all ingredients, except for the last three, until you have a nice dough.
Roll out the dough very thin and cut into various shapes.
Place the shapes on a cookie sheet, coat each cookie in a little egg wash, and sprinkle with colorful sugars.
Bake each tray 8 minutes or until a light golden brown.
