3 cups flour3 cups peeled chopped apples2 cups sugar1 1/2 cups oil2 eggs1 tsp. baking powder and baking soda1 tsp cinnamon2 tsp vanilla extract1/4 tsp cardamon (optional)1 tps salt1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Bake in a 13 x 9 inch pan or a 5 cup ring mold at 350 degrees.
