Winter Squash Souffle

Ingredients
15 oz butternut squash or pumpkin1/4 cup Splenda1 Tbs flour1/4 teas baking powder1/2 teas vanilla dash salt1/4 cup Egg Beaters® 99% egg substitute cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 350º. Coat 3 baking dishes with cooking spray. Combine all other ingredients until smooth . Spoon mixture into prepared baking dishes. Bake 25 minutes or until puffed.
