Poor Man's Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground beef1 med onion chopped1 clove garlic chopped2 c. fresh carrots chopped3 c. potatoes chopped with skin on into 1" cubes2 c. beef broth2 c. water1 tbl. parsely1.5 c. frozen peas1 tsp. worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp. ground black pepper1/2 c. flour1/2 c. water
Directions
Brown ground beef with onions and garlic in very large skillet. Drain any fat. Add carrots, potatoes, pepper, parsley and worcestershire sauce. Stir in beef broth and 2 c. water. Cover and cook on medium heat until carrots and potatoes are almost tender then add peas. In a small bowl stir together flour and 1/2 c. water until smooth. When beef mixture is up to boiling quickly stir in flour mixture, which will make your gravy. Be careful as your pan will be very full at this point! Turn heat down to med-low and simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Enjoy!
