Super Sloppy Joe Sandwiches

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef1 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper1 1/4 cup chopped celery1 cup chopped onion3 garlic cloves, minced1 8-oz presliced mushrooms, chopped1 cup water1 cup ketchup1 Tblsp brown sugar1 Tblsp fresh lemon juice1 tsp paprika2 tsp Worchestershire sauce6 hamburger buns or Kaiser rolls
Directions
1. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef, cook 3 minutes or until browned, stirring to crumble. Add bell pepper, celery, onion, garlic, and mushrooms, and cook 7 minutes or until veggies are tender. Stir in water and next 9 ingredients; bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer 25 minutes or until it begins to thicken.
2. Spoon 2/3 cup meat mixture onto bottom half of each bun or roll. Cover with top halves.
3. Enjoy!!!
