Low fat/carb crustless Pumpkin pie

Ingredients
*Sucralose (like Splenda), 3/4 cup*Pumpkin Pie spice, 1.5 tspCinnamon, ground, 1 tspSalt, .5 tsp Pumpkin, cooked, 1.875 cup, mashed Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 1.25 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Mixx all ingredients together until well blended. Pour into a 9-inch pie pan sprayed with PAM. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce temerature to 350 and bake 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the midle comes out clean. cool 2 houes. keep refrigerated after cooled.

Slice pie into 8 peices.
