AlmondsFlaxmeal (ground flax seeds)Coconut OilBalsamic VinegarCoconut OIl (or Hemp Oil)Garlic Cloves
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a food processor and form into 2 patties. Eat raw or brush with coconut oil and bake at 30F for 35 minutes. Alternatively, lightly fry at medium heat in a pan lightly greased with coconut oil.
