Turkey Bolognese

Ingredients
1lb Ground Turkey1 small onion, diced1 stalk carrot, diced1 stalk celery, diced1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced1 tbsp olive oil1 can tomato paste1 can tomato sauce2 tsp Better than Bouillon, Beef 2 cups water1 tbsp onion powder1 tbsp garlic powder2 tbsp Italian seasoning
Directions
Saute vegetables in the olive oil on medium heat for 5 minutes, add the turkey and cook 5 to tens minutes till browned. Add bouillon, water, paste and sauce stir till blended. Add spices stir. Bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer for approximately 1 hour. Serve over pasta.
