Chicken Wild Rice soup with Butternut squash and Chard

Directions
1 Cup onion, chopped2 T olive oil3 cloves garlic1/2 C chopped carrots1/2 C chopped celery2 C cubed butternut squash16 ounces skinless chicken breast2 cups cooked wild rice6 Cups water (or chicken broth, vegetable broth, bouillon, etc.)
Saute onions, carrots, and celery in oil until soft, about 10 minutes. Add chopped garlic, saute 1 or 2 minutes more. Add squash, water, and chicken. Bring to boil, turn heat down, simmer about 10 minutes. Add chopped chard, simmer another 10 minutes, until chicken is done and squash is tender. Shred chicken and add back to soup. Add wild rice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
