Weight Watchers Chicken Teryaki Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 lb chicken, sliced thin1 onion, sliced1 head of broccoli, chopped2 red/yellow/orange peppers, sliced1 green pepper, sliced2 garlic cloves1/4 cup low sodium teryaki sauce1 cup low sodium/low fat chicken broth5 cups white or brown rice
Directions
Cook broccoli and chicken until chicken is heated through, add remaining vegetables and garlic. Saute for 2 minutes or so. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until hot and vegetables are at desired tenderness. Server over 1 cup of rice.
