Turkey Spinach Lasagna

1 lb. Ground Turkey1 Tbsp olive oil1 small onion, chopped1 cup chopped carrots1 cup chopped celery1 cup chopped spinach1 Tbsp minced garlic, or to taste1 24 oz jar Chunky Ragu', Garden Combination1 package Barilla Lasagne, No Boil1 16 oz container Fat Free Ricotta Cheese1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1. Saute ground Turkey until lightly browned; drain. In separate pan, saute onion and garlic in olive oil; add carrots and celery. Cover and heat on low until soft; add spinach and continue cooking until wilted.
2. When finished, combine mean, vegetables, and Marinara Sauce
3. Line 13x9" baking pan with one layer of noodles; spread half of the meat and veggie mixture; add another layer of noodles and add Ricotta cheese. Place last layer of noodles and spread remainder of meet, sauce, and veggie mix. Top with Parmesan Cheese.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
