Ground beef, lean, 120 grams Olive Oil, 1 1tsp Onions, raw, 50 grams Red Bell Pepper, 50 gramsCarrots, raw, 50 grams Celery, raw, 50 grams Garlic, 1 clove Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added, 1 can Pasta, cooked, 75 grams Chopped parsley
Chop all the ingredients fine. Put ground beef in a foodprocessor and make it even more finely ground. Fry on a non stick pan with oil. When browned add all the ingredients and pour in the canned tomatoes.. Taste to with salt and pepper (optional).
Let the dish simmer for 30 mins serve with the 75 grams pasta and sprinkle dish with parsley..
