Chicken Cheese & Rice

Ingredients
1 rotisserie chicken3 cups ricegarlic salt1/4 cup butter4 T. floursalt & pepper2 cups milk8 slices American Cheese
Directions
Melt butter over low heat. Remove from heat & stir in flour, salt & pepper. Return to heat & add all milk, turn on high & stir constantly till mixture thickens and bubbles. Remove from heat & add cheese. Stir till melted.

Put cooked rice on plate. Add chicken on top. Pour melted cheese over it. Delish!
