No Flour Low Sugar Chocolate Cake

everything listed is in grams but should be easy enough to convert! If I get around to it, I'll convert it later and come back to fix!300g chopped almonds ( I use almond meal because it is really fine and all it is is bleached almonds)250g butter (i use real butter)250g sugar ( I use Splenda)125g dark chocolate (I use unsweetened Hershey's Dutch Chocolate dark coco mix)5 full eggsvanilla flavoring to taste
In a bowl, mix the sugar (Splenda) and butter in little pieces (after having left it out of refrigerator for at least half an hour until you achieve a creamy texture.
Add the eggs, one at a time, until each one is completely absorbed in the mixture
Then add the almonds, the chocolate, both chopped (or the coco powder and almond meal) and the vanilla flavoring.
Butter and flour (I used Rice Flour) a pie pan of a diameter of about 25cm (regular pie pan) and add the mixture. Put it in a pre-heated over at 355 degrees for forty minutes.
Take it out of the over, let sit and then sprinkle with powdered sugar (this is the only real sugar in the cake
In a 13 x 9 pan - this could be 15 servings
