Ingredients
1 Cage free organic eggs1/4 cup onion and green pepper1 tbsp mild cheddar cheese1 tbsp 2% milk
Directions
saute onion and green pepper set aside
scramble milk, eggs, and green pepper and onion.
cook on med heat until cooked half through add cheese
cover pan to melt chees. Fold egg and serve. YUMM !!

    Pretty good but this was too fatty for me. So I remade it. I used one egg, two just egg whites and low fat cheddar. It cuts down on all fats, cholesterol while keeping all the protein and taste. - 12/1/09
